Drafting and reviewing wills, setting up trusts, and administering an estate when someone dies. We hold wills at no charge for clients who make one with us.

Residential and commercial conveyancing, leases, and the titles that other firms send back. Quoted as a fixed fee before we start.

What people ask before instructing us
How are fees calculated?
A fixed fee where the work is predictable, and an hourly estimate where it is not. Either way you get it in writing before we begin.
Do I have to come to the office?
No. Most matters can be handled by telephone and post, though we prefer to meet once.
How long will it take?
We give a range at the outset and tell you when it changes, rather than when you ask.
Can you act for both of us?
Sometimes, and we will say plainly when we cannot.
